No. The HKLN4514 is the earpiece only. The HKLN4512 Bluetooth pod and HKLN4509 charging cradle are sold separately, along with the battery, which provides up to 8 hours of life per charge.

Obtain an RMA and follow the return instructions within 14 days of receipt. New returns must be in resale condition in their original packaging.
