What are the shipping terms?
Free U.S. shipping on $250+ orders; $5.50 handling applies. U.S. orders over 1 lb ship via UPS Ground; smaller orders under 1 lb use USPS Priority. Expedited options are available at checkout. Partial shipments incur standard shipping fees. View the full shipping policy.

Programming & Licensing
Will new radios work with my existing fleet?
In most cases, yes. Motorola, Kenwood, and iCom business radios on the same frequency band are interoperable. Send us a photo of the back-label sticker from one of your current radios and we will program your new units to match before they ship — free.
Do I need an FCC license?
UHF and VHF business radios require an FCC license. We file the paperwork free on orders of 4+ radios. LTE push-to-talk radios and satellite communicators need no FCC license.
How long do you keep my programming profile?
Two years. Radios you add later ship pre-matched to your existing channels with no reprogramming.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Obtain an RMA and follow the return procedure within 14 days of receipt. New returns require resale condition and original packaging. A 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges are deducted; a comparable offsetting order placed at the time of return can avoid the restocking fee.
What if my product is defective?
Call 1-800-507-6002 within the first 10 days for an RMA and instructions. Warranty returns and repairs also require an RMA. Read the complete return, refund and warranty policy.

How do I set up tax-exempt purchasing?
Upload your reseller or non-profit certificate once through your business account and tax is removed from qualifying orders going forward.
Do you offer payment terms?
Net-30 terms are available for qualified businesses with $2,500+ annual volume. Apply on the Business Accounts page — approval typically takes one business day.
