F3001/F4001 and F1000/F2000 radios use the LA connector. For those radio configurations choose HM-158LA or HM-159LA; HM-159SC uses a different connector and is not a direct-fit substitute.

Returns & warranty
Obtain an RMA and follow the return instructions within 14 days of receipt. New returns must be in resale condition in their original packaging.
