Returns & warranty
Obtain an RMA and follow the return instructions within 14 days of receipt. New returns must be in resale condition in their original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges are deducted. A comparable offsetting order placed at the time of return can avoid the restocking fee. Read the full return policy, including defective items and warranty returns.
