Position restriction: KNB-L11 batteries support a radio with battery in the front position; the rear position is battery-only. The same restriction applies to KNB-L3 batteries on this 12-position model.

Returns & warranty
Obtain an RMA and follow the return instructions within 14 days of receipt. New returns must be in resale condition in their original packaging.
